Export or transfer to a non-U.S. person without a valid Department of State license is a federal crime. Adams Industries does not export to embargoed nations or unlicensed end-users under any circumstances.

Export Licensing & Inquiry Process

Adams Industries manages the full export licensing process on behalf of qualified end-users. Contact us with your requirements and we will advise on the applicable license type, end-user documentation requirements, and lead time. We do not ship to unlicensed end-users or embargoed nations under any circumstances.

DSP-5 Permanent Export For foreign government end-users and qualified foreign military purchasers. We prepare and submit the license application.
DSP-73 Temporary Export For demo, evaluation, or temporary operational use by allied forces. Return documentation required.
End-User Certificates All exports require a signed EUC from the receiving government. Adams Industries provides standard templates.
