EAR — Reduced Burden
European Tube Export Configuration
MH-1 binocular goggle platform with Photonis 4G or equivalent European image intensifier. EAR-classified under ECCN 0A987. Enables export to many allied destinations without DSP-5 requirement. Configurable optics, housing color, and power options retained.
