The worldwide tactical monocular standard. Available in ITAR-controlled U.S. Gen 3 configuration or export-eligible European tube configuration.

ITAR — DSP-5 Required

U.S. Gen 3 Configuration

Standard mil-spec AN/PVS-14 with U.S.-manufactured Gen 3 image intensifier tube. White phosphor or green phosphor. USML Category XII(a)(1). Requires DSP-5 license issued by the U.S. Department of State prior to export. Available to allied military and government end-users.

EAR — Reduced Licensing Burden

European Tube Export Configuration

PVS-14 platform configured with Photonis 4G or Echo image intensifier tube. European-manufactured tubes are not USML-controlled. EAR classification under ECCN 0A987 or EAR99 depending on tube specification and destination country. Significantly reduced export licensing burden for many destinations.

FMS Eligible

Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

Available to allied nations through the U.S. Foreign Military Sales program administered by DSCA. FMS cases must be initiated through the recipient country's defense ministry and U.S. in-country representatives. Contact us with your FMS case number.

How to Initiate an Export Order

  1. Submit Export Inquiry Email sales@adamsindustries.com with end-user country, organization, intended use, quantity, and preferred configuration. Reference "Export Inquiry — AN/PVS-14" in the subject line.
  2. End-User Verification Adams Industries conducts end-user screening. Provide end-user statement (EUS), organization credentialing, and non-transfer/re-export certificate. No exceptions.
  3. Export License (if required) For ITAR-controlled configurations, you or your government must obtain a DSP-5 license from DDTC. For EAR-controlled configurations, we assess license requirements by destination. We provide technical documentation to support your application.
  4. Order Processing & Delivery Orders are processed only after license is in hand and all documentation is complete. Delivery timeline: 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Export packaging and documentation provided.
