Image intensifier tubes have a finite lifespan. When performance degrades — increased noise, reduced resolution, spots in the field of view — the tube needs to go. We source and install replacement Gen 3 tubes with full data sheets. Your housing stays. Your investment continues.
Binocular and dual-tube devices drift out of collimation from impacts, temperature cycling, and hard use. Uncollimated goggles cause eye fatigue and degraded target acquisition. We collimate to spec and verify to standard before return.
Failed seals allow moisture intrusion at the tube level. We perform full resealing and nitrogen purge to restore environmental protection. If your device is fogging internally or has moisture contamination, this is the fix.

A quality NVG housing — PVS-14, PVS-7, binocular goggle — is engineered to last decades. The tube is the consumable. When a tube degrades, replacing only the tube and leaving the rest of the system intact is almost always the better economic and operational decision. You keep the housing you know, the optics you've zeroed, the mount setup you've dialed in.
We will tell you honestly whether repair makes sense for your specific unit or whether the device is past it. We have no financial interest in selling you a repair that won't hold — a device that comes back three months later with the same problem is bad for everyone. If your unit is beyond economical repair, we'll say so and help you spec a replacement if needed.
