This service includes full assembly of a professional-grade NVG-Alpha night vision binocular using your supplied tubes and optics. We handle the build, testing, and calibration — you get a finished, ready-to-run dual-tube system using the legendary NVG-Alpha housing platform.

What’s Included in the Build Service

• NVG-Alpha Housing: Brand-new housing included in this service.
• Expert Assembly: We install your MX-10160 intensifier tubes and compatible lenses into the Alpha housing.
• Electrical Integration: Manual gain, EGAC, or standard configurations supported.
• Calibration: All IPD stops, shutoff features, and pod alignment tested and tuned.
• Functional Testing: Your completed unit is tested for power draw, gain response, shutoff behavior, and mechanical function.

Send Us Your Components

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions for safely shipping your intensifier tubes and lens sets to our facility. Typical turnaround time is 3–5 business days after your parts arrive.
