I deleted photos and want them back — what now?

DupeDoc moves deleted files to a DupeDoc_Trash folder in your home directory, not your system recycle bin. If you haven't emptied that folder yet, your photos are still there. Once it's emptied, deletion is permanent — there is no further undo.

I paid but didn't get a license key.

License keys are sent by email and can take a few minutes to arrive. Check spam first. If it's been more than an hour, use the form above with the email address you paid with and we'll resend it.

Does my license work on more than one machine?

Your $5 license covers one machine. If you need DupeDoc on a second computer, use the form above and let us know — we handle these case by case.
